TRIAGE We have an emergency phone line 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 - 11.00am on Saturday for emergency cases (PEP, sexual assault, emergency contraception and Under 16's) and you can call us on 0161 701 1513 or 0161 701 1514. Based on the information you give us, we will assess each case individually and advise you accordingly.

The allocated time slot is for a telephone appointment. We will call you at or around the indicated time to discuss your needs and try to address them using our temporary alternative arrangements. In order to decrease the risk of exposure to COVID-19 to yourself and others, please do not come to clinic.
If you are
attending for HIV post exposure prophylaxis (PEP), you
need to be seen within 72 hours, earlier if possible. Please call us on
0161 701 1513/4 between 8.30 and 16.30 Monday-Friday, and between
09:00 and 11:00 on Saturday to discuss your needs, or
go to A-E if outside clinic hours.

If you are attending for emergency contraception, please call us on 0161 701 1513/4 between 8.30 and 16.30 Monday-Friday, and between 09:00 and 11:00 on Saturday to discuss your needs. You can also get emergency contraception from your GP or from your local pharmacy.
